“Love, love Dr. Growney! He is compassionate and very knowledgeable. I will admit it is difficult to get a hold of staff on the phone. Seems like they could use a full time triage nurse to answer phones, not quite how they work the system. Also do often have to leave messages regarding front desk, but they do call back. Have been coming here for about 8 years and won't leave due to Dr. Growney! Using Patient Portal is helpful for messages and refill requests. Many meds can now be prescribed electronically for 3 months. Big help there. In spite of the phone contact hassle, staff is always kind and treats me well, so still a 5 star rating.”

I've been to many doctors and this is the only one I look forward to going to, I feel comforted going there. The staff is AMAZING, the doctors are SECOND TO NONE!!!!!!! They have treated me for more than pain, I suffer from PTSD from the first Gulf War and they've helped with that, they've helped lower the amount of other medications I was taking, they truly care about their patients. Most Dr offices/clinics are "money first, patient second" but not here. I know they put ME FIRST before money and I won't get into specifics but please take my word for it, my health and we'll being come first!!!!!! I really love all the people working at these clinics, they're like family.”

“I had my final appt today at The Holland/ Mi Pain Consultants. I felt like was going to a funeral. I started 20 years ago with Dr.Growny/ now Dr.Nemeth. I am incredibly sad with the situation. Every person, from front desk, nursing staff, people in the procedure room(sally) and of course, Dr.Growney and now Dr.Nemeth, have treated me so well and with such compassion. Some things worked and some didn't, but they worked on it until it did. I cannot say enough how great all these people were to me. I feel like I lots some good friends.
