“I'm hoping they start doing better for my elderly friend that I help with. They prescribed a new Rx but never called it in. Then they reported to his PCP that they prescribed pain meds that they haven't and that they were taking over his pain management so PCP was not to prescribe any pain medication while tells us that until my friend completes the Behavioral Health assessment for pain meds to get them from the PCP. Behavioral Health had yet to return our call to schedule the assessment. Any message left has a response that it could be 24 to 48 hours to get a call back. It's been over 48 hours and NO RESPONSE.”
