What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“I walked in and the front desk person was leaned all the way back in the chair yawning. She finally sits up and ask me for my medical insurance, I told her it was auto. She ask me for the auto information. I walked out. 1st I gave all the information when making the appointment. They do not allow you to make the appointment with billing information. She do not need to be at the front desk.... Very unprofessional.”

“I'd like to give them zero stars, but that's not an option. Prepare to wait. Prepare to pay a 3.5% fee if you don't have cash or check to pay your co-pay in advance. I have been coming here a while for a reoccurring pain issue due to a botch surgery (not from here). Front work staff is always new and someone seems to always be in training. Not an issue, but it says something about the office. They are consistently late. I schedule for early morning appointments. You must be there early for your appointment like all doctors, but then you end up waiting typically past your appointment time. So expect to wait even for an 8.45am appointment. You get a NP never an actual doctor. Usual questions, zero humanity from the interactions. Every time I go in they want to offer me more surgery options to insert a TENs unit which is very extreme in my case. I am dealing with my problems with actual doctors that know what they are doing to help me not from this office. Now the new issue is that starting May 1st 2025, with no notice to my visit prior they are now charging a 3.5% fee for co-pays done via card transaction that must be paid up front before any visit. They will not bill you for them. So bring cash or check to pay to avoid being fee'd. I would NOT recommend anyone to come here unless it is your only choice.”

“I have had the most positive experience with this office and all of the staff. They have been nothing but caring, kind, helpful, and truly concerned about how I am feeling. When you are in pain finding help can be difficult and frustrating. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who is ready to be heard. My treatment here is truly appreciated and sincerely respected.”

“My elderly grandfather was 10 minutes late to his appointment even though we left 20 minutes early....due to his PAIN. Appointment at 10:15, he walked inside at 10:25 and she said he'd have to reschedule. It's just absolutely ridiculous to me considering every time he's gone they've had him wait 30 minutes before he's even been seen.”
