“I have never experienced a more disorganized office. I had a reaction to the steroid used (Kenalog) in the cervical epidural by Dr. Minott. I called the office with my symptoms: red face, sky rocketing blood pressure, confusion. They told me to go to the ER and I did. Fast forward three months and Dr. Minott gave me another injection of Kenalog. It wasn't in my patient care plan. I didn't know she was doing it. Insurance company rejected it in the pre-approval request. Again, I landed in the ER. This time for three days. I may have had a mini-stroke. Do NOT go here. They do not write things down and the office staff doesn't communicate with each other or the doctors. Dr. Wiener gaslighted me and claimed Kenalog doesn't cause the symptoms I had. Evidently, he doesn't know his pharmaceuticals and doesn't use Google search.”
