Patient Testimonials

Doctor Drew and Terry have done wonders for us. Only one of us is a patient, yet they have improved both our lives by making her pain tolerable. They have truly given us our lives back. They have a great professional dynamic. Dr. Drew is a marvel with his knowledge of every possible clinical approach, even offering ideas that were unknown at Cleveland and Mayo Clinics. Terry knows the clinical stuff, but he is also a wise, young sage who may know people best of all. They are both extremely dedicated and generous with their time, are as personable as they are professional. And with such a smart, kind support staff checkups are always a pleasure.

Dr Drew was extremely unprofessional, kept learing at my wife, made inappropriate jokes about my injury and humiliated me for being injured. His staff litterally cussed at my wife as we left. I went there for help, and I feel worse now than I did before going to my appointment. 0/10 would not recommend.

I'm so grateful to Dr Drew for refusing to treat me! I have found a very compassionate and caring pain management Dr and couldn't be happier that I don't have to see this man and his condescending staff ever again. After being a patient of Dr Drews for 9 or 10 years, I saw his true colors. I had outpatient SI surgery. The hospital wrote me a prescription for meds to get me to my next appointment with Dr Drew. This script was approved by his office. The nurse had called to get it approved so that I didn't violate my pain contract with Dr Drew. When I went to his office for my appointment, after waiting in excess of 3 hours, Dr Drew came in the room. I was crying because I was experiencing a lot of pain. He looked at me and said "it was just outpatient surgery " in a very exaggerated tone, like I couldn't possibly be feeling that much pain. I was quite aware of his condescension. He then looked at my chart and saw that I had filled the script from the hospital (with his offices approval!) And said (I'm done! They start writing I quit writing) and basically walked out and refused treatment. I went back to the hospital, wad admitted, and spent nearly 24 hours on IV steroids before the pain subsided. There was a lot of swelling that was putting pressure on the SI joint and causing the pain. So he was wrong and not able to admit it. He thinks everyone is just a drug seeker, has no compassion or empathy. He's in it for the almighty $$ and doesn't care about much else. Doesn't take the time to know you or care what your going through. They herd you through there like cattle and consistently overschedule. I don't think I've ever waited under 2 hours. Push as many people through as they can without consideration for wait times...or anything else for that matter. If you're in real pain and looking for a Dr, you deserve much better than what this office offers.

This Dr. Is so unpleasant to be around, He advertises he has all these pain clinics and that's just it he keeps you in pain because the only thing he worries about keeping keeping his pockets full with over priced injections but when you tell him the injections don't work he's not interested in trying to help your pain. I will file a complaint with medicare bord. He should have a negative rating what a quack. He's not worried nor does he want his patients out of pain he wants people to come back weekly for these injections.
