“I wish I could give zero stars. I arrived on time with address provided. There was a torn piece of paper on the door saying that they had moved down the street. When I arrived at the new location, they had moved overnight because they didn't even know where the light switches were and nothing was set up. I laid on a cold metal table for half an hour waiting for Dr. Verdolin to come in. The assistant kept apologizing for the air conditioner that was blowing on my back where I was waiting to get injections. When the doctor walked in and he was coughing without a mask on, so I asked him if he was sick and I can tell that made him angry. He started injecting me with the numbing and I told him to pause because he was hurting me. He tossed his gloves off and stormed out of the room. The assistants were at a loss so I stood up and grabbed my purse while crying. I was mortified. To make matters worse he charged my insurance company for the blockers that he didn't even inject which is fraud, and I will be filing a case.”
