When I called Dr Bonnette office and told the person who answered the about my car accident and how I was having a hard time getting treatment for pain...she immediately told me that she would get me in to be evaluated the next business day. Dr. Bonnette was carrying and compassionate (the same as the rest of his staff) completed his evaluation provided medication for pain based on my objective medical injuries and made space on his busy schedule to provide spinal injections the next day in order to provide additional care and pain relief. “I have been receiving pain injections for several years and recently my Pain Specialist Doctor had a great opportunity and moved to North Carolina. My search for a new pain specialist led to Doctor Bonnette who is relatively young but has impressive credentials. He studied four years in St. Louis (PAIN CLINIC) where many professional athletes go for pain management and finished a 1 year internship at U of M to become a certified MD Pain Specialist. During my first office visit, Doctor Bonnette was willing to take time to understand my symptoms and concerns. I did not feel the rush to get through the appointment and when we were done he laid out the next steps. MRI's were taken of my back and in the follow-up visit he laid out different approaches with his recommendation. I felt he was allowing me to be part of the next actions in my pain management. On the day of the injection, there are several teams which prep you and explain each stage of the procedure. They are extremely professional and take extra precautions due to the COVID virus. I was very impressed with Doctor Bonnette and had very good results. I also feel it is important, Doctor Bonnettes office and operating facility in my opinion are first class compared to other facilities I have had pain injections.”

“Usually I have a good experience but not today waited over an hour. They gave me a 10:30 appointment, called me back on time at 10:30 am. Lobby was full. I left at 11:41 am no one in the lobby. Maybe they should have scheduled me at 11:30, the time the doctor actually saw me. Not happy at all. Maybe we're all having a moment. Doctor was attentive when he finally came, but not okay with the way my time was treated!!!”
