“Video call did not go well. He kept saying he couldn't hear me. But he could see me and told me I was doing movements that I wasn't doing because I can't. I heard him and saw him . He was a little weird. Maybe intoxicated . Ordered a CT scan and MRI for me. It took almost 3 months for MRI and he never prescribed anything for me . Mri tech asked me why I had not taken my meds before procedure. I didn't have any. I don't know what to ask for. Dr Kaplan should have prescribed something she said. CT scan had to be approved and never happened. Horrible experience. I was hit by a man who ran a red light. I'm in so much pain. Cannot get help. Begged the lawyer for a different Dr to no avail. Could not reach Dr Kaplan after several calls. Fired the lawyer. Total incompetence. And he really needs a dentist. Looks homeless.”
