Patient Testimonials

My provider referred me to Dr. Stalvey. Took a few days to get the appointment. The front desk was very professional and courteous. The office was very well maintained. Dr. Stalvey did an amazing job. I had the epidural injection and Holy mackerel, this this is painful. The Dr. Stalvey and his staff did an amazing job to get me treated quickly. I truly appreciate Dr. Stalvey and his staff. They were very friendly and professional. I recommend this provider.

Very little communication between my doctor and this staff. Multiple referrals were sent over and I don't know which side was lack of information. I've been with my doctor for over 20 years and never had a problem before. Had to wait a month to get my referral through then another month for a new patient. I have a feeling they didn't want to take me because of having state insurance. I'm still human with pain issues. I guess there's nothing they're able to do for me, but the lack of caring was the worst part

I called the office and asked if they take over medications to help with pain management over 2 months ago and the lady said yes so I went ahead and got a referral sent to them I had to keep calling back to schedule a appointment and they kept telling me they need more info from different docters before I can schedule. I did everything they asked and called back for an update because it's been 2 months and I'm in desperate need of medication I just moved here from out of state and need care. The lady then said oh I'm sorry we only do procedures here and then hung up on me. Very frustrating the staff couldn't find my referral my first call and then never called me back for update and gave me misleading information. This is a serious matter if you work with sick people you should actually care to help.

If you are a Veteran like myself and are going through community care, they will not put in requesting additional appointments even if you have complications from a procedure. It is routine for any medical clinic to request additional visits from the insurance company by filling out paperwork to request them. The VA community care is no different and actually easier. I do not give a lot to the VA but I will give them that they make requesting additional visits very easy. They refused citing "the VA were the ones to refer you so they need to do it." That does not make any sense for a doctor to do a brand new referral for the same thing I was referred for. That starts everything over when they only need to fax one form. They were not able to get me in before it expired and given their refusal and knowing I was having complications they did not make an attempt to be seen by another doctor within their two offices. I'm highly disappointed.I could have something wrong and I feel they simply do not care.
