Patient Testimonials
“If I could give zero stars I would. My orthopedic doctor referred me to get a nerve block in my neck to help my shoulder. This doctor notified me I would need a nerve test before he would do the shot. I was told I would need a ride after the test. My wife and I took the day off, drove 40 minutes. The nerve test took 3 minutes and I was able to drive after. Not sure why I was told to bring a driver. Then the office approved me and scheduled me for the shot. Again I was told I would need a ride. My wife and I took another day off work, drove 40 mins. When I got to the office I could tell something was off. After sometime I was told my insurance denied the procedure. Why I was not called or notified before my appointment is lost on me. Then, imagine my surprise when I get a bill for $316 of which my insurance paid and left me with a $40 deductible for an appointment that didn't happen. I had asked if I needed to check with insurance at the time of scheduling and was told they would handle that. I paid a separate $40 deductible for the nerve test too. All for nothing. I called the office to dispute and question this charge. Was told I needed to talk with Sara the office manager. I have left her 3 voicemails and left my name and number with the receptionist that answered a few more times. Sadly I caved and paid. Would not recommend as clearly patient care and health is not a top priority. Your money is what they want. We each wasted two vacation days, gas, time and were charged for services not received.”

“I am a Veteran. I am having complications from an occipital nerve block from the east office. The receptionist there refused to fill out a one page form to extend my visits. Because she could not get me in before it expired and she refused to fill out the form and I'm having continued complications, I would have thought I would have been put with a different provider to assist but I was not offered. I'm sitting here extremely worried. I called the west office to discuss this. I called on Monday. On Friday, today, I called to follow up since no one called back. I was advised the office manager was in and out of the office all week. The receptionist offered to contact her since she was working. I was advised that she was in a meeting but was going to call me right after. She never did. If the office manager could not end up calling me the receptionist could have given me a heads up. Complications I would have imagined would be of concern. In terms of the ONE page form they refused to fill out, please note that the form is no different, actually easier, than any provider requesting additional appointments from insurance after they used up all their appointments. This is simply egregious. If you know anything about the VA I now have to go to the drawing board and that will take a long time. An ER can do nothing and you guys were the ones who injected me. Highly disappointed in both offices.”

“Sara is a medical professional I trust completely. She is always willing to listen to my complicated health situation with care and compassion, and has always been willing to help me figure out whatever care plan is best for me. I appreciate the years of doctor/patient relationship we have had and I could not offer high compliments to anyone.”

“Dr.Quam is the most calm, caring, professional/doctor I have ever had. His patients are lucky to be treated by him, he cares about your well-being, and will do all he can to help you feel better. I have seen him for about 20 years so I know him and his staff well. All his staff are very helpful and caring, they know there jobs and they do them well.”
