“If I could put 0 stars I would. Let me start by saying that Dr. Rustam has been my doctor for a while now. Unfortunately I get chronic bad back pain and have had this since I was a teen. Recently my back pain has returned. I've been trying to make an appointment at his office and one of his staff members Jackie has been very rude. Every time I try to make an appointment she keeps saying "we're going to call you" "were going to call you" ( nobody has called). So today I went into the office to try to get an appointment since my back is hurting a lot and once again they told I had to see Jackie in order to make the appointment. (Lol why do I have to see Jackie again smh) So Jackie told me that Dr. Rustam could not see me and she would call me to make the appointment. I got very upset and told her no I need an appointment now. So she told me that the Dr. Said he can't see me until mid March but then told me very rude to find another doctor. My whole life of working in the medical field because I also work in the medical field I've never been disrespectful to a client of mine or seen such an unprofessional staff if I was you, I would find another doctor. Don't waste your time coming here.”

“Best!!! I live with pain and discomfort due to a rear end collision that cause me an injury. I am fortunate that I can use alternative pain relief rather than opioids Dr Rustum is good at his job and I appreciate that he listens, explains and makes sensible options for the best outcome.”

“Helped ease my pain, but, gee! when I noticed they were charging worker's comp for the visits appropriately AS WELL AS medicare, I was abruptly discharged. Spoke to medicare about the double-dipping, they took back the money BUT this corrupt billing department repeatedly resubmitted those bills under different diagnosis codes... so many times that medicare just paid them the illegal bonus! ps Doctor vist is extremely brief and I was told by an office nurse that the only reason they do vital signs which, lol, is the most time-consuming part of the visit, is because MVPM discovered that insurance companies pay them more if a blood pressure is taken.”

“If there was a 0 i would have used that. When you have chronic pain issues and need to find a doctor, you go to a pain management clinic. Not this place. i went to find help and got nothing but a lecture about not trying every surgery possible. Ive already had one back surgery, really cant afford another. So thanks for the pain and the bill.”
