“Went for severe pain in my shoulder (5 tears), thumb (moderate to severe basal arthritis) Both I have been told need surgery and my back which I told him I had been having shots in for years By (Dr. Branton)! My back which I told him was the least of my pain at the present time! He decided that I need a shot in my back and did nothing for the other pain! I have had several shots in my shoulder and one shot in my thumb (all of which hurt while being done) none of which work! I also have tried several med pac's of steroids, lidocaine patches, heat, ice and tylinol, naproxen, gabapentin and other nsaids ! Some of which I should not be taking because of liver damage! Then I was made to feel like I was drug seeking because I wish to be helped for this severe pain! Sorry but I thought that was his job to help people with pain while waiting for surgery! Ortopedics and pain management passing the buck back and forth while I have to pay a $45 copay every time I visit! I am 66 and living on a disabillity check! The more I go the more money they get! Sick of being a pin cushion and passed around like joint!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

Elaina is also very helpful with getting insurance approval and all related things done quickly so you can be seen asap. “If I could put 0 stars I would. Let me start by saying that Dr. Rustam has been my doctor for a while now. Unfortunately I get chronic bad back pain and have had this since I was a teen. Recently my back pain has returned. I've been trying to make an appointment at his office and one of his staff members Jackie has been very rude. Every time I try to make an appointment she keeps saying "we're going to call you" "were going to call you" ( nobody has called). So today I went into the office to try to get an appointment since my back is hurting a lot and once again they told I had to see Jackie in order to make the appointment. (Lol why do I have to see Jackie again smh) So Jackie told me that Dr. Rustam could not see me and she would call me to make the appointment. I got very upset and told her no I need an appointment now. So she told me that the Dr. Said he can't see me until mid March but then told me very rude to find another doctor. My whole life of working in the medical field because I also work in the medical field I've never been disrespectful to a client of mine or seen such an unprofessional staff if I was you, I would find another doctor. Don't waste your time coming here.”

“Best!!! I live with pain and discomfort due to a rear end collision that cause me an injury. I am fortunate that I can use alternative pain relief rather than opioids Dr Rustum is good at his job and I appreciate that he listens, explains and makes sensible options for the best outcome.”
