“So far the service I have received here has been excellent on all accounts. They have wheelchairs and people to help push them available if you need it. If you need someone to help you to and from a vehicle they do that also (I would advise you to call in advance, if you need assistance to and from the vehicle, so they know you need help). The check in staff is nice, friendly, and helpful (for both the entrance and the office). The Specialists and Assistant specialist are very helpful and knowledgeable too. I have had a spinal injection and several back injections here. They were super nice and helpful when I addressed the concern about accidently moving with my spinal injection and helped me get prior approval for morphine or a sedative (I don't recall which). I have seen several different specialists and assistants depending on who is available and what I need. If there isn't a specialist available soon they will ask if an assistant is alright (I use them if it is just a follow up that I don't need to address concerns about), or you can just book with a/your specialist (although it may take longer to see them.”

Dr. Smith's intention is to get everyone off of opioids by controlling and or relieving your pain completely. Dr. Jolene Smith is one of the best Pain Specialists I have had the pleasure to have as my Physician. She sits down with you and talks to you about your concerns. I've been on pain meds for almost 7 years. With her help I am finally starting to go down in dosage. You need to gain her trust and and allow a relationship to build. Just going doctor to doctor to see who will give you pains meds; is not going to work. Don't Doctor shop for your pills! And then call the doctors who won't bite, bad doctors. If you want help with your pain go see Dr. Smith. If you want help getting feeding your addiction, go somewhere else! Thank you Dr. Smith! Keep up the great work!”
