What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I came here seeking help for severe degenerative spine issues and a neck fracture, hoping to avoid surgery. Unfortunately, the only option offered was spinal injections. I received two injections--one in my neck and one in my lower spine. While the neck injection provided slight relief, the one in my lower back was completely ineffective. I was informed that these injections contained numbing medication, similar to the epidurals I received during pregnancy. However, I was never made aware that they also contained steroids. I take responsibility for not doing thorough research beforehand, but my pain was overwhelming, and I was desperate for relief. Sadly, the injections affected my mood and menstrual cycle. When I raised these concerns with the clinic, the staff suggested I was experiencing menopause rather than acknowledging the potential side effects of the injections. The staff were rude and lacked basic bedside manner. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I felt misled, and every time I mentioned my concerns, they dismissed me as if I were imagining my symptoms. I urge anyone considering treatment here to do thorough research on their own. When the injections failed to help, I was told there was nothing more they could do for me. They never discussed medication management or alternative options; it felt like they were simply brushing me off because I raised concerns about the adverse reactions I was experiencing. Overall, I left feeling unheard and abandoned”

“What the Hell kind of pain management place is this. Even after readying many negative reviews I still gave them the benefit of the doubt. I should have listened to the majority. PLEASE PLEASE DON'T GO HEAR. These people not only don't care but literally go out of their way to downplay your injuries/surgeries/pain..whatever is going on. Before seeing the doctor his nurse came in and the first thing she said after getting my vitals is, "our doctors do not prescribe pain medication for any reason no matter what". Other than to say hello, I hadn't spoken yet at this point. I've had one visit so far on 9/4/24 and ultimately decided to do a procedure on my neck scheduled for 9/12/24. The doctor seemed pretty confident this procedure will give me some relief after around 1 week following the procedure. I'm desperate and willing to try and I've been waiting for about 3 months for this 1st visit. Today I speak to the nurse who says let's schedule your follow-up. My follow-up is October 21st. That's over a month after the procedure. What if it doesn't help? I've already waited 3 months for my 1st appointment. I've had multiple car accidents, broken bones and surgeries. Although I didn't ask for medication of ANY kind it's a bit disheartening to be told that it can never be an option. Seems odd for a "pain management clinic ". So far...they're in no hurry to see me, no hurry to follow-up after a procedure to check for effectiveness and very quick to inform me of their no "pain medication policy." This was my experience on my first day.”

“Not helpful at all. Was referred by my 'doctor' for my neuropathy issue. Got a prescription for antidepressants and told to use otc capsaicin cream. I'm paying over $300 after insurance paid their part for absolutely nothing. Very disappointed.”

“Absolutely wonderful people! I have always been treated with the upmost respect by every person at this clinic. None of the nurses, APRN's or doctors do anything without making sure I feel comfortable. They are so warm and inviting. The front desk girls are so sweet. They always welcome me with a big smile and joke around a little to put me at ease. I go here for spinal procedures and am always nervous about it but their team has a way to put you completely at ease and I trust them 100% with my care.”
