“My poor mother has been in severe pain for weeks, was referred here by Dr. DeWeese for hip injections over 2 weeks ago. I call daily and cannot reach a person. All you can do is leave messages. My horses get 1000 times better healthcare than my mother is receiving. It took 8 days for the Mercy Orthopedic Group just to send her referral over. I still have heard nothing from Mercy Pain Management. Extremely poor management or lack there of.”

“I've been a patient for 3 weeks and it's been a horrible experience so far. I'm no street junkie and in pain everyday due to multiple back conditions. I work a physical job and just want the edge of my pain to be taken off until I'm able to have surgery. Still no meds (mind you it's just tramadol er not anything super strong like Roxy) and I cannot get them to even return my calls. It's absolutely unprofessional and irritating! “I should have known not to go here. Should have trusted the reviews. I'm a disabled veteran. The VA gave me a referral to go here. I have been waiting for a few months to get in. When I arrived I completed my registration. Was at my appointment on time. Someone comes out to let me know that they can't see me because of 4 documents that weren't filled out. She stated that she could tell I filled them out online but they can't see them. The paperwork would have taken about 5 minutes to complete. Instead they rescheduled me another appointment over 2 months away. I won't be back.”

“Do not go here for your chronic pain, especially migraine. After suffering for 7 years, I brought my teenage daughter here for Botox. She has had a daily migraine since she was 12. It felt like a factory line, first of all. We saw Cheryl Vinson, APRN, who I quickly realized had no idea what she was doing. Instead of injecting botox where my daughter's pain was, she injected it how she wanted to. We were also seeing headache clinics in Lexington and Chicago so we weren't always able to make the appointments in Paducah but always rescheduled. For that courtesy, my daughter was just dropped as a patient, even though Cheryl has also rescheduled on us twice. I would highly recommend seeing Dr Trimble at Horizons Headache Clinic in Lexington if you or your loved ones have a chronic issue with migraine. Avoid Paducah Pain and Cheryl if you possibly can.”
