“Seemed like she cared that's a lie,She called me in for a pill count the same day my mother died which is very recent I told her I cannot come in my mom just pass but not to mention I had just been there for an appointment well she said if I can't come in she can't give me meds I only had 1 left at this time her assistant said I should have had more being that my appt was on the date it was on the thing about that is your monthly appt isn't the date that pharmacy filled my meds I called the supervisor at cvs and had have him call her because she had the dates wrong of cvs filling my meds so she sented me a farewell letter to other pain management I'm already going through this pain my mom passing now this”
