What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“Update! ID like to add that the ESI procedure that Dr Naylor did gave me my life back. Can't wait to feel the full potential of the procedure. I'm 6 days out. Emily and the new girl were amazing and compassionate! Made a very dreaded visit unexpectedly pleasant and less anxiety inducing! Dr Baylor was awesome. Explained everything in lamen terms. Thank you for all you do!”

“My husband was not only in excruciating pain from a herniated disc in his neck, but also having a horrible time with the meds he was on. We were quickly losing hope as the wait to get into a pain management doctor was as long as the neurosurgeon. Dr. Naylor and his office were wonderful at working us in when they heard about our plight and Dr. Naylor himself was nothing short of amazing. He switched my husbands medications immediately and it helped his side effects tremendously. When we met Dr. Naylor we were very impressed. He took the time to show us the MRI with explanations, but most of all, answered all of our questions. We felt like we were finally getting somewhere and had a plan in place as we waited for our neurosurgeon appointment. In this office you will find a very helpful, caring and courteous staff. We would never hesitate to refer Dr. Naylor and his office to our friends and family. He has been an amazing find and is truly an asset to our community.”

“There was no compassion I was new to pain management, I had an office visit where I was told what I needed insurance probably wouldn't cover. Got a call insurance covered it, the procedure was set. The wait time sucked but really what's new in a doctors office. The part where it takes a real bad turn is coming up. So I get called back they they take my vitals and give me the blue hat and leave me to wait. When I get called back they took me to a cold room where they had me lay on a table, legs on pillow stands the nurses disinfect my knees. When doctor Nayler came in he didn't really talk to me he asked to confirm my info that's it. I began to feel anxious as I'm strapped to a bed and no one is really letting me know what's going on. Dr. N tells the nurses that they have to take one of my legs down and will disinfect it again later. Without warning he stabs the needles into my knee and I jumped a little he got frustrated/annoyed and snapped at me not to move. I told him that if he tells me what he's doing it would help he just acted like a jerk. I was in pain because that does not feel like a sting or a pinch it feels like a needle going in my leg set the expectations right. So here I was alone extremely anxious, too scared to speak up anymore and in pain. That's how my first pain management procedure went.”

“Every person I worked with was so kind and understanding. Most of my pain management came from lifestyle changes. Replacing my old bed, physical therapy, rest. Jessica was determined to help and she did. Several others, not in this clinic, did not bother. They aren't miracle workers but pretty darn close.”
