“Reading all the reviews makes me feel that I didnt get the greatest service. Let's start that my first procedure, they forgot about me in the back for 2hours, by the time they took my back for my procedure the medicine was worn off, So that wasnt a pleasant. Went in for another procedure didnt want too,cause I felt like they will forget about me, and guess what! They forgot about me again in the back again , while im waiting for the meds to kick in. Nobody came in to check on me for 2 hours. I get up and nobody was at the front desk, when I found someone I said did you forget about me, and the desk nurse slams her hand onto the paperwork and says do you see that we are busy. I told her I've been in the back for 2hours meds are worn off, im just sitting here, no body has checked on me, or to COMMUNICATE TO ME that you are running behind. So at that moment, im not taking more meds to waiting another 2 hours for them to forget me. So I signed the papers to leave and called the supervisor and complained about the situation. She put me on hold and asked the front desk nurse what happened and nurse just said she signed the paper and walked out. I told supervisor I said yes, but did she tell you the whole story or just the part to make her look good. So I message the doctor to see what other procedures we can do. No messages back or anything this has been a month of no response. This is just poor poor managent. Do better mercy with your staff.”
