Patient Testimonials

I found them on google and their website shows very high ratings but it's just a service they pay for to make their reviews high: if you actually google Dr Natalie Strickland and other doctors for pain management it's very poor. I found this out after calling and seeing the reviews. I have a rare disease and had been on suboxone for 9 years, now that I am off: well, I'm a criminal and junkie in most of the medical communities. But, since the reviews were so outstanding I thought I would call and the minute I said suboxone they transferred me and the lady literally picked up and said yeah, we only do injections so if that's what you want: then proceeded with a fax number and hung up on me. Wow. They should not even be allowed to practice I'm pretty sure that is against the oath. But hey what do I know after all I'm still a former junkie.

Jade Barbee (The Barbee Mom)

Dr. Natalie Strickland is the absolute worst Dr. I have ever dealt with. She was ALWAYS double or tripled book. Does NOT care about the patient or their needs. All she wants to do is shove needles in you. Then tells you that you don't know what you are talking about when you tell her she hit a bone or something when she gives you the injection. The nurse and receptionist is very nice though. Dr Strickland she needs to learn some beside manners.

Thomas, who is at the front desk and who answers the phone, is awesome! I can tell when he is busy, but he is so pleasant and patient when I talk to him. He is an asset to the Pain Management office!

JoAnn Martinez

If I could I would give zero stars. I had the injections. I am allergic to steroids. They were told this. I was told it wasn't steroids. I had a reaction to the injections. Called them they then notified me....they gave me steroids!!!. I am in worse pain then before. The staff was nice.
