They recently put a spinal chord stimulator in my husbands back (trial one) and Paige the medtronics rep even called to check on him everyday during the trial. Allysia is awesome and has the best sense of humor, she does anything she can to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The stimulator has helped my husband so much and has truly been a blessing when it comes to pain relief for him. We can not wait to get the permanent one installed!!!! Dr. Chan goes above and beyond to make sure that everything goes well and is also very kind.”

They also offer flexibility for patients such as allowing me to do a virtual visit when the roads were covered in snow/ice a few weeks ago. This was important to me because I drive an hour round trip and would have had to cancel my appt otherwise and been without my meds. I wouldn't recommend any other pain Clinic or Dr to deal with chronic or ongoing pain because these guys will get shit done!”
