“I made an appointment for this doctor and was there 18 min ahead of time would've been even sooner but his name isn't on the door. I have a brain injury. The girl said she told me to arrive 30 min before my appointment but the message left on my vm said my scheduled time which I was early for by 18 min. She made a HUGE deal about this and had to go in the back and see if they would still take me. ?? If that's so then I'd say they are over booking their appointments! She came back to tell me she would "try" to get me in. Well, I'm not going to sit and wait hours for a "try"!! What does that even mean?? It's either yes or no! What ever happened to patient care. People come to him for pain..like I can sit hours in pain while I wait. I was there ON TIME! Btw, I asked why didn't they mail the paperwork since there are 11 pages, she said "they don't do that" How completely unprofessional and tacky. Hey Dr. Nadjararian how about coughing up some money for your practice and hire some staff that give a damn, buy your name for the door and let them mail the paperwork to people don't be so damn cheap! Shame on you you're a doctor you're supposed to care about people first not money first!! Should be ZERO stars!!”

“I would give zero stars, this doctor is incapable of empathy, basically did a procedure on me so he could bill my insurance, had me make another appointment (gotta get that copay) only to tell me it didnt work and he cant do anything else. Beware of these type of doctors that give you hope just to get money from you”
