“First off. I have been a patient here at this office for 4 yrs i believe. The Klara app is ridiculous! I understand it can cut down on a pile up on the phone. But there are a couple people that do not answer for days. U have to keep sending messages. Also what do u need front desk people if they aren't doing anything but sitting there. I never see anyone behind the window do a thing. They only take ur name and give u a piece of paper. Not to mention they aren't all that friendly. This is the first point of contact. Smile why don't u!! Then some of the nursing staff aren't friendly either. I absolutely loved Emily. I also love Haylee. They are both bright friendly willing to help. They pay attention when u need and what u need. I don't like Dr. Klim. The only reason is he has a very bad habit of not prescribing ur meds in a timely manner. I have taken a controlled substance for 26 yrs now and he has let me do days sometimes weeks from my refill date. This is not trying to get it early either. This is he says ok i sent them to the pharmacy. U check nothing for a couple days. Then u gotta go back to the texting app to contact someone when it is very urgent and they don't want to answer ur text. So again hate Klara! I have not had one issue getting med refill from anyone other than Dr Klim. If u send a note to medical staff they want to dictate who and when the doc gets a note. They do not have a good back office med staff. They come off as cold and uncaring. There needs to be a lot of improvement at this office that's why I only gave 2 stars. If it was ran by Emily and Haylee then it would be 5 stars. Sorry but not sorry!”

That was my late husband (as of 4/23/2015) & no longer my last name (it is Pope). So I guess I need to go to my settings & change it.”

“Everyone here are very friendly and ready assist me in any way possible. I have been coming here for a little over a year. Unlike another pain Dr that I went to there isn't any turnover of nurses and other personnel. I walk in and everyone knows me and I know them. I never have much of await when I come in for an appointment. I would estimate my average wait after checking in is about 5 minutes. I might see different nurses from one visit to the next and I see Haylee Dr Klims assistant. It's nice to come in for an appointment and to be treated like a human being. They don't just go through the motions and rush you out. They care about what you are going through.”
