“Very pleasant place to go for pain management. Staff is very nice and care about how you feel. The doctors and physician assistants are knowledgeable and also care about the patient themselves. Insurance approval does usually take a couple weeks to go through! That is not the fault of the clinic. I am very happy to be coming here because they try to fix the problems and not just mask the pain with meds.”

“I saw the nurse Practitioner last week and before that visit I thought that my depression about my pain was getting better but now I feel like there is no hope that I will ever get any better. I was told that I had been given a procedure for the wrong area and not where my pain was located. I was told that there wasn't much else they could do for me and that I was bad for taking pain medication for my years of unending severe round the clock pain. I feel that I have nothing left to live for except pain.”

“They wouldn't listen, and became defensive when I asked questions. I was spoken down to, and dismissed. My son who's 5 asked why the doctors were so mean. All I want is to be a better mom and not just observe my son. I haven't been below an 8 on the pain scale in months, yet with extreme fatigue they want to put me on a muscle relaxer during the day with awful side effects. ( drowsiness being the least of the worries now) they also said I just need to cope with my worsening pain, since (without trying anything) all options are apparently exhausted. With increasing neuropathy on my right side they won't even have an MRI done of my back, they just assume it's okay.”
