“I now understand why Dr. McCleod has only 3 stars on many of the reviews. I loved him when I went in and had two shots. I was told to call back in 2 weeks if I did not have complete relief from the two shots he gave me. He told me to tell his nurse that she was to make another appointment to have him give me another shot. I called back to get an appointment and twice they left me a message I could NOT get another appointment until I had seen my Hip doctor. I was schedule for that on the 27th of March and I was going to that one, but this had nothing to do with my hip doctor. Jessica his scheduler was nasty and did not want to set an appointment, by this time I was furious because none of them would listen to what I was supposed told to do by my doctor. After the 4th call I had it. I was NOT nice and I asked him to call me. Again I had to make another call and when the girl answered the phone she said there was a big note on my file that they should not schedule me because no one yelled at his nurses. I was told to go somewhere else. Well, I will he is NOT the only pain doctor in Ms. I do not understand why people who are in the business of helping someone in a lot of pain do not want to pay attention to what the patient is saying. He had two people that were rude to me the day I came in to see him the first time. One lady who sits on the front desk name Sam, made 3 other couples mad before me. I said nothing, but then when the nurse does not want to listen to me as to why I was calling, I was told to call, and I was doing what my doctor had told me to do, I am the one that suffers and I am the one that has to pay for this because there is NO compassion with the girl named Jessica and a doctor named Carroll McCleod. A phone call would have been nice when I asked him to call, but I was informed HE DOES NOT CALL HIS PATIENTS. I AM SORRY THAT 36 YEAR S IN THE BUSINESS HAS TURNED HIM INTO STONE. I have two other doctors I use there, and I love them, I was warned after the shots from another friend of mine whose husband was using Dr. McCleod, and his wife told me this would happen. I never would have believed this. I am really sorry, I really liked Dr. McCleod and he is a friend of my son's, it is too bad he did not know the whole story only heard the last phone call.”

“I have been a patient of Dr Mcleod's since 2008. He is always personable, caring and attentive during our visits. He does not make me feel like I am only a patient number. He does not rush his visits. He really wants to know how I am doing and if anything has changed since our last appointment. I have recommended him to family and friends. Dr McLeod cares about his patients. His staff is the same way. Nurse practitioner, Brian, is the same way as Dr McLeod. He cares about the patients and never rushes through an appointment. I thank God for Dr McLeod and his staff. He changed my life and outlook for my future from the very first visit. Before I became his patient, I could not imagine living another 40-50 years with the amount of pain I was experiencing. He has helped me so much that I am still able to continue working full time and be an attentive wife and mother. Dr McLeod and his staff have always wanted to help me live as close to the way I did before my car wreck. His staff that works with him at the procedure clinic are just as awesome. They want to make sure you are comfortable, informed and do not rush their patients. Again, a patient is NOT a number. Each patients knows when they leave the office and procedure clinic that they have been heard, examined and given the best care possible.”

“I am 67 years old. I saw dr. McLeod on advice of a friend.. dr. McLeod is a very personable, professional physician in my opinion.. this staff is excellent too very nice people. Dr. McLeod did in three or four visits what another physician could not do in a year.folks I can drop a pencil and pick it up without pain.. I can drive a car/truck 3+ hours and get out like a normal person with no pain. I put up with this pain for so long. I didn't realize how much I was hurting. Dr. McLeod fixed me.. ask my wife. I will recommend dr. McLeod and his staff to anyone with legitimate pain”
