“I feel my husbands pain was not taken seriously when he was not able to get his prescription filled bc of needing insurance pre authorization and the pharmacy saying they would have to order it. We went back to speak with the doctor about getting something else that was available without jumping through hoops and he was pretty much dismissed with no concern for his pain. When someone has chronic pain that is debilitating it also affects their mind and thoughts and attitude. He was so distraught about not getting his prescription, after waiting months for this appointment, I feel like more time could have been taken to understand what he was going through the dr could have taken a few minutes of his time to speak with us again and figure out a different plan. Instead his nurse came out and completely dismissed him and what he is going through. I had high hopes and am very disappointed that now we have to start over again to try to get him help”
