“He was dismissive, he was rude, after care notes were professional to sweep under the door and left out T12 & T12 herniated disc ignored that pain in foot is extremely painful I can barely walk on foot referral to counseling is laughable. Made a statement I refused to feel out a form is a lie. I started I don't need to feel this out I was just handed it with know explanation and thought it was just more paperwork and had no intentions of going back to this poor excuse of a doctor! I only hope that maybe one day his mother or grandmother or somebody and his family gets treated the way I did and just maybe then he would know the significance of how I said in my car and card for 2 hours after leaving his office xray of back, CT Scan of & MRI of back Showed multiple things wrong. I left with Dr dismissive referred to counseling for stress and Gabapentin Worst Dr I I've ever so much so shocking”
