“Nurse Tory and doc Ryan Grove were wonderful! The ladies who checked me in at the front were also wonderful! I initially tried to get healthcare in Jackson with my primary physician, who is part of St John's medical center, however I was refused access to medical care because I don't wear the mask. It was a beautiful drive to this state of the art facility, the medical care was top-notch, bedside manners were top-notch and pricing was very reasonable! My only complaint was that the staff all wore masks, however I suspect that it was not because of their choice, but because of policy, so I will give them all benefit of the doubt and assume they have very high IQ's! :-) I would like to address the nasty wish of poor health or death that a previous reviewer mentioned. Whether I am right or wrong, it is my choice not to wear a mask. Had I not been able to get into this facility, I would have gone without service. As it turns out, that could have been a very bad thing. That the people at this facility take their oath to help others seriously, that is being a good human being.”

“There is no mask enforcement though signs are posted. Those so ignorant as to not wear a mask in a medical clinic should not be allowed service or care. I mentioned it to the staff today and nothing was done about it. There should be no tolerance for anyone that cannot follow the rules even if the think they are special. Stay away from This clinic . The lady I refer to this morning was polite enough to cough into her elbow but uppity enough to think she was above the rules. This has got to stop.”
