“Zero stars would be too much. In a world where healthcare organizations are poorly, run, mismanaged, money-grabbing machines, this organization is among the worst. Dr. is interested in billing only. Not listening to patients. My wife had the worst experience with Dr. Racik of any Doctor in her decade plus pursuit of solutions to her chronic pain condition. The doctor is impossible to get a hold of. There's no internal communication. You call and they don't answer. You leave a message and they don't call you back. Expect to call five or more times before you receive a response, and the person that responds to you will not have listened to your voicemail or any of your emails and will act like you've never communicated with them. They miss over bill every appointment. My wife paid 50% higher co-pays than she was actually supposed to for months. When that came to light, the overbilling was never resolved or refunded. After months of trying to reconcile billing discrepancies, there still is no resolution. They act like we've never communicated with them. The only way to get them to respond is to post a negative Google review, at which point you will receive a prompt phone call where they implore you to take down the review, and in turn, they can resolve your problems. You can see the attached image they billed us twice for the same procedure, they billed us a third time for the same procedure, which was actually an office visit with the device rep, never even seen by the doctor. Proceeded with caution, everything about this organization screams scam and insurance fraud.”

“In the beginning it was ok but as time went on it seemed like they only wanted to treat me if I agreed to some kind of medication. I informed them from the start that I only wanted to use physical therapy and topical treatment. Every appointment they pushed shots and when I said no and I'm not changing my mind they discharged me. The physical therapy was working and I was happy with the results. Not only that but every appointment I'd have to wait 20 to 25 mins to be sent to a room and an extra 10mins to be seen after my appointment time. I came late once and they told me I'd have to reschedule because I was late. I informed them that I will no longer wait after my appointment time to be seen. They were really rude about what i had said, not speaking in English any longer.”
