“What a Racket! I have had a series of injections by Dr. Malak that have a particular side effect of ongoing, no stopping hick ups that cause major discomfort. I have had them now for 16 plus hours non stip every few minutes. Every time I bring this to his attention Im being told by Dr Malaks staff (per Dr Malak) thats its not related to my injections and should see my primary care Dr. (standard language.) Even though I have had these side effects EVERY time I get an injection. I have called the office multiple time and you would think atleast I could get a courtesy call from Dr Malak, but NOPE. What a racket that's being run over there. They say he's with a patient every time I call, but am I not a Patient? You get the feeling like your just a number and a insurance claim, that's about it. ZERO Patient customer care!!! I've waited in those patient rooms to see Dr Malak. Makes you wait for 15 mins for a 5 min consultation. Don't tell me he does not have time to pick up the phone!!”
