“Main receptionist is one of the rudest people I have ever met. They treat me like I'm stupid. I've seen several doctors and know exactly what's wrong with me and they won't even talk to me for 3 minutes after waiting over 45 minutes EVERY visit, she's telling me it's something multiple doctors ruled out. But you know according to the staff I'm to too stupid. I called my doctor and refuse to go back. The medical staff shouldn't have degrees as they have zero clue what they are talking about. I've had more than 3 doctors telling me it's NOT carpal tunnel and that it is my bulging disc but she is telling me it's not that. She is telling me it's diabetes which I got years after the issue. Oh and don't be there at the time THEY schedule because they tell you to plan better and that you have to be there 15 minutes early. Well I don't, I have a family and life so I arrive at my schedule time. Maybe they should plan patient care better. Terrible patient care at ever visit.”

“I appreciate the speedy handling of my appointment. The staff is always pleasant. We've had some challenges in the past where the Rx didn't transmit and I had no way of contacting anybody between Thursday afternoon and Monday morning. I wished that there would be an alternative to go to like ER or urgent care that can handle RX needs on weekends etc. Overall I am very happy with the clinic !”

“WARNING DO NOT SEE COLLEEN GRAY!!!!! She should not be employed in any job where she has contact with another person. SHE HAS THE PERSONALITY OF A SNAKE. If I were reviewing her alone it would be a 1 only because I was able to accomplish my goal. It wasn't easy by any means. I also think Colleen is negatively affecting her co-workers. Because of my last visit to this clinic was with Colleen I adjusted my review from 5 stars to 2. I was referred to Lynx after my primary care doctor in Colville refused to prescribe my pain medication that I have been taking for 10+ years without ever abusing it's use. I had to request a referral to a pain specialist. I was very impressed with this clinic on my first two visits. Toby my PA was thorough looking at all my records and truly listening to my request and why I was there. He was professional, took notes and requested imaging exams to support my case. Don't go in expecting opioid medication on your first visit, but if you work with them and have a valid need for this type of medication you will succeed.”

“I have had wonderful experience here! Staff is very kind and helpful. Scheduling is super easy. I started with Dr. Spendlove, he was great and very helpful. Then I was transferred to Christian Garrido and he has been amazing. He is caring, kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that asked. The office is always clean rooms are clean. Everytime I've gone the bathrooms were clean. I was totally nervous going the first time but I am not anymore. Would recommend Lynx and already have.”
