What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“Don't bother, no one seems to know what's going on at this clinic. Had an appointment Scheduled no problem fast forward a few days and the Friday before my Monday appointment they call me saying I need a referral or they will cancel my Monday appointment. They called me in the afternoon, I feel like any doctors office should know that no doctor is gonna be able to get me in after 4 PM on a Friday just to send over a referral. Then I ask if a chiropractor can send in the referral. I was told yes, and he sent it in and nobody has followed up or reach reached out. The communication is horrible. Nobody seems to know what's going on. They book appointments and then tell you the day before that you need documentation. I see why the reviews are so bad, I Will be going elsewhere.”
— Franki Dibilio
“How can a practice call themselves pain management when they don't prescribe pain medicine? Maybe rename as Therapeutic/Holistic Therapy but very misleading to those in need. Their disclaimer should be on your website, because it was a waste of time getting a referral from my PCP.”
— Gina Neumann
“I absolutely would never recommend this office/department. I saw Dr. Wilson for a consultation for pain management and was in shock by his bedside manner (or lack thereof). He did not introduce himself, did not perform a physical exam to assess my areas of pain, did not review my chart prior to the visit, and only offered me a treatment of injections which I had already explained that I have tried and did not achieve improvement with. The office visit (if you could even call it that) lasted maybe 5 minutes at most. Dr. Wilson saw that I had an appointment with my rheumatologist the week after my visit with him and told me to "talk to my rheumatologist first and come back after that". Like most patients, I cannot just drop everything to make another appointment (and an unnecessary one at that, seeing as I was at this visit and paid my copay for my consult for this day. If he felt the consult should have been moved, this could have been suggested prior to my visit taking place). I'm shocked that this is even legally allowed to be considered an office visit that I was billed and charged for. No care was rendered to me during this visit. I voiced my complaint to the office manager, Jenn, in hopes that this situation could be rectified so that another patient does not have this same experience. Jenn, after nearly two months of not getting back to me, finally came back to me to say that I was not permitted to see another provider within this practice because they "all offer the same treatment options". So despite feeling uncomfortable and mistreated, I am denied the opportunity to seek even a second opinion. I have never had a bad experience with St. Luke's pain management, and would highly recommend you establish care there. I will be paying an out of network charge to do so, as I would never trust anyone in this office with my care moving forward.”
— Corinne Cook
“"This place deserves a higher rating than 1.5 stars; thousands of people are being helped, and it's unfortunate only 18 people left reviews.”
— Marius Pauliuc
