“Went to him for about two years. At first he was helpful but at around 6 months he started aggressively pushing a spinal cord stimulator for my pain issue. I had spinal fusion surgery and my pain is not explicitly from nerve pain and my regular doctor was skeptical that its benefits outweigh the risks. Once I told him that he scheduled me one more appointment and said since I wouldn't do the spinal cord stimulator there was nothing else he could do and released me. I'm guessing he gets major kickbacks for hooking people into those things. Unless you want a spinal cord stimulator I wouldn't recommend him.”

“I have seen dr glanton since he came to macon hosp he is the most awesome pain specialist I've seen. Very good bed side manners. Friendly easy to talk to. He makes apoint to say hi every time I see him even if I have a appointment with nurse practitioner. He done everything possible to make my pain tolerable. Till we had to do pain pump.
