“September 8th, was my first time visiting OrthoNY in Clifton Park. Due to the busy schedule on Albany Orthopedic office, I have to drive more than 20 minutes to go to this office to see Dr Rigolosi. But it absolutely worth the time. The receptionist on the front desk was very friendly and patient, which made me feel very welcome. And I usually slow to fill our paperwork, but the way they using IPad , and allow me to go away from the window for filing out the forms , made me feel more comfortable. And the nurse was very nice, checked me in soon after I done with the paperwork. Dr Rigolosi explained to me what the problem I have from the Xray results, and told me in detail what the possible solutions, and procedure can be done to make me feel better. He answered my questions with patience. I decided to follow his advice to go on physical therapy for the first step on the treatment for my issues. The physical therapy clinic just right down stairs. The whole building is a very busy place, but it is an open place filled with a bright light. Andeveryone there is working hard. Overall I have very very good experiences. Thank you!”
