I received an in house referral from a neurosurgeon at Colorado Springs Neurological Associates about 2 months ago. I was contacted about three weeks later to set up a consult. I called multiple times to set this up with no reply. I had the neurosurgeon's staff reach out but they had no response either. Very unprofessional.”
