“No Stars if i could! I wouldn't recommend them at all. You can't tell them how you feel about the treatment you are getting. If you speak negative about it they will just decline further services to you. Sheri Nicholas (Family Nurse Practitioner) was very unprofessional. Our Doctor was Yazdani. Within the year we saw him like twice in the clinic. The other times we saw Sheri. The only other times we would see the doctor was before a procedure was performed, which was like a minute visit.”

“Gross Mismanagement. I arrived, waited an hour and 15 minutes past my appt, then asked about the wait time. I was told usually people wait MUCH longer than just an hour, but that I was next. 3 more people were called back, and then the front desk called my name and asked if I had my paperwork. I said yes. The front desk person said "That's why. You were supposed to bring it back up here." With an attitude. I replied that I DID bring my paperwork back, to her specifically, and that's why I no longer had a clipboard. She stared at me while she ripped pages off then shoved 3 back at me. No apology, just glared at me. 3 more people were called back (totalling 6 after I was told I was next). An hour and a half past my appt, I asked for a refund on my copay. The lady with the attitude and rose tattoo on her neck would not even look at me despite no other patients needing assistance. Another girl helped me and asked if I wanted to cancel my appt. I said no, but at 1.5hr past my appt, they canceled on me and I had to get to work. Not sure how the healthcare workers are here, but the front desk staff is incompetent and rude.”
