He completed his residency in anesthesiology at the University of Alabama Hospital in Birmingham and completed a fellowship in pain management at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Dr. Forte is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology as well as the American Board of Pain Medicine. Dr. Forte currently devotes his professional time to helping people from all walks of life overcome their pain and return to their lives.

I failed to ask for refill for my medication I had from my PCP DR. Nurse told me to call my PCP and see if he'd refill, if not , call them back for refill.”

The NP always asks how's my pain and if there is anything else they can do for me.Sometimes you wait a bit and sometimes you go right in, that's not atypical. I do hate the method for collecting drug samples. Seems like there could be a more private method instead of sitting in a roomful of patients holding cups of urine. I do like filling out the questionnaires online instead of filling out a clipboard full of papers.”
