“Went there to get rapid covid test. Their website said the same day results. Went there, took the swabs just to be informed I will have my results the next day and if I want the same day I would need to pay $300 for emergency test.. In that case I told them to throw away the test I took because I need the results the same day. They claimed that the same day results are only if I was there before 1pm - I had apt at 2:45pm. Nowhere on their website says that same day results are only if you make there before 1pm. Hope they won't charge me $100 for something I can't use... but I'll find out about that soon.”

“Went to the Loop Medical Center-Streeterville for a routine test on a Sunday. Was able to make the appointment and complete all of the pre-appointment documentation online prior to arriving for the appointment. Once I arrived for my appointment, the whole process took about 10 minutes and there were a few '15 minutes or less' parking spaces available in front of their building. Very efficient.”

“Your operation was just terrific... fast, efficient setup. Your people were direct but polite and even patient.. just great. I needed this test before the first open time I was able to schedule 12/26. I asked if I could be squeezed in today...in a slow time . "Sure" , was the answer.....super accommodating . I was in and tested and out of there in like 15 min. Best yet, I got my NEGATIVE answer in less than 3 hours this evening.... They said it could take up to 24 hours. So what did I think ..just a GREAT experience...kept up the good work. Regards Bill”
