“I did not have a good experience with this Dr. His nurses are AMAZING!! Probably the best things about my visit. But Dr. Thang, you would think he would have better bedside manner. I'm getting a bilateral fluroscopy done. And they only use local anesthesia (lidocaine). While they have the needle in my back. He didn't make it all the way into my nerve with it. I made a signular grunt BECAUSE IT HURT. and this man had the NERVE to say "Well, shes dramatic isn't she." If I didn't have needles in my back I would have snapped. I will not let this man touch me. He's rude. And not to mention they like to lie to you about your condition. I have two annular fissures(tears in my spine). According to them, that means my imaging came back normal. They also tried to tell me that I wouldnt need any medication after my injections. While I'm literally telling him I'm in so much pain I can't properly care for my baby. I recommend DR. FONN. I started seeing him for pain management and he is actually going to fix me. I have surgery scheduled finally. And they actually use anesthesia. He listens and cares about your wellbeing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DR THANG”

“I love the Doctor. However, NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. NO ONE RETURNS MY CALLS. He ordered an MRI, but it's not what we discussed. Been leaving messages for over a month. Tried calling customer service at mercy and same story. Now I'm looking for another Doctor. Stop the monopoly of Mercy.”
