I felt like I was talking with a real person that actually gave a darn and truly wanted to help.... Anyone with chronic issues knows how hard it is to navigate the system right now.. Dr after Dr and no resolve..the frustration can be maddening.. this was anything but that.. I felt more cared for in 20-30 minutes then ihave from any of the Yale Drs I've been seeing over the past 2 years... I can't say enough about Livwell.. def not your typical medical experience..I appreciate each and everyone of you that was there today... please know you're making a difference....”

“Hi I called today explaining my spine and neck surgery I had pinched nerve Nov 21 2024 was day for surgery doctor says he can't give anymore pill he only does after surgery I've called every where looking for pain management I'm in serve pain so I called this place it was awesome talking on video lady was really nice treating me with muscle relaxer i was surprised happy how it went hopefully this medication gives me some pain relief thank you I'm still in shock how easy it was great service thank you.”
