No doctor laid hands on me, reviewed imaging with me, or formulated a treatment plan. 2. The "evaluation" consisted of less than 10 minutes with a mid-level provider (PA/NP). I was in too much pain and too exhausted to protest further at the time, so any note that I "seemed satisfied" is meaningless. 3. The day after my visit, your board-certified anesthesiologist (30 years experience) called me and openly admitted that NONE of the detailed medical history I had spent significant time completing on your intake forms had ever been entered into my chart. He therefore had zero access to my actual records, prior imaging, surgical reports, or long-term treatment history from the specialists who have managed my condition for years. 4. Despite having no records and never having examined or treated me, he proceeded to argue with me--condescendingly--about when and how I sustained my injuries, directly contradicting diagnoses that are well-documented by the physicians who actually know my case. Expertise in anesthesia does not confer expertise in diagnosing or managing all conditions, and doing so without records or an exam is neither safe nor professional. 5 Since my visit, no one from your practice--not you, not the anesthesiologist, not anyone--has reached out privately to discuss what went wrong, to apologize for losing my intake data, or to offer any form of resolution. The first and only response has been this public reply that misrepresents what occurred and defends the indefensible. If patient satisfaction and quality improvement were genuine priorities, someone would have picked up the phone by now. The fact that the response has been limited to a public defense rather than private accountability only reinforces my original review. Everything I wrote in my review is accurate. I stand by it 100 %, and I continue to advise chronic pain patients to seek care elsewhere. I wish your future patients better treatment than I received. original review: I was referred to this facility for a spinal radiofrequency ablation and deeply regret going. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt more like a high-volume "pill mill" than a legitimate pain-management or spine-treatment practice. During my first (and only) visit: The front desk staff was curt and dismissive; I felt treated like just another number rather than a patient in pain. I spent considerable time and money traveling to the appointment, only to leave without any meaningful evaluation or plan. The next day, a physician from the practice called me. He informed me that none of the detailed medical history I had filled out on their intake forms had been entered into my chart. When I provided the information again, he proceeded to argue with me about how and when I sustained my injuries--contradicting the diagnoses and records from my longtime treating physicians--and spoke to me in a condescending and rude manner, as if he "knew better" than the doctors who have managed my case for years. Between the rude staff, the wasted trip, the lost medical information, and the physician's unprofessional behavior, this was one of the worst medical experiences I've ever had. I cannot recommend this practice to anyone and will be seeking care elsewhere.”

It is such a pleasure they are kind, caring, and compassionate. The best part is they take time to listen. Many doctors after you're done just get on to the next patient.they really make you feel like you matter and go above and beyond. It is nice to know that they actually care.
