“Dr Lozenzo is the best. As far as his assistant Ashley they need to get rid of her. She is by far very unprofessional. She took me off of medication without slowly taking me off. She was rude and blamed me for my surgery doctor calling her and leaving her multiple messages because I was in pain after a total knee surgery. I would not recommend seeing her ask for Dr lozenzo. I might have spelled his name wrong.”

“This review has nothing to do with the medical staff at Lebanon Pain Relief Center because I never got to see them. My doctor's office sent a referral to this practice twice in one week. The practice never contacted me. I called and left a message inquiring about my referral and got no response. I stopped by in person one day to ask about my referral. I was told there was no referral and the person I spoke with seemed annoyed that I was looking for information. I was also told that this office has "a process." Apparently the "process" is to ignore potential patients? There is a large sign on the window at the front desk warning patients not to knock or tap on the window. So if there is no one behind the window, you just sit and wait? How would they know someone is waiting? Maybe that's part of their "process?" I moved on to another practice where humans actually answer the telephone and are pleasant. This practice might have some great docs if you can only get past the receptionist at the front desk?”
