“I kind of feel like I am being treated as a junkie. Over 4 suboxone. I just got new insurance and unfortunately my old Dr doesn't take my new insurance. I have been taking it for pain instead of pain pills for a while now. I am prescribed 2 a day. Most days that's perfect but sometimes I have a bad day and I take 21/2 good days I may only take 1 a day. I break the strips into 4ths and some days I only take 1. I have been filling a 30 day prescription every 28 days for a while and that has allowed me to pick up all my prescriptions at once and be able to take what I need and never worry about running out especially if the pharmacy has to order them. But here they are not allowing me that by scheduling my appointment every 30 days. I can easily make that work it's just crappy that I won't have that piece of mind here.”

“12/3/24 Update: Your ph# hasn't worked all day. Please contact me if you get this. Not caring or helpful in any respect. The kind of place that makes chronic pain patients feel like drug addicts. I have a regimen that I've used for years, it works well, and my records show I have never exhibited drug-seeking or addiction behavior. She tells me on the first visit that she's changing everything. Also, the things she wants to do, I can't afford. Will not be going back. She also told me she heard my old doctor (who's retiring) is not really retiring but being watched by the DEA. So unprofessional. Very disappointed.”

“Horrible service- scheduled an appointment to see Dr Obi over a month ago - arrive for my appointment and only seen by the nurse (no Dr) they scheduled me for an MRI) and a procedure-! For what exactly? I decline and stated I want to see Dr Obi first and consult with him- I schedule another appointment, I arrive and another Dr comes in and says I need another MRI, I ask where is Dr Obi? Sorry he's not coming in today. What??!!! I reschedule again and another week goes by - but was promised that Dr OBi would be there. Nope arrived got another MRI and no Dr Obi. Just unbelievable. I've wasted a good month- I'm still in pain and have not seen Dr Obi yet. They never answer their phones. They are a mess. (Steven the MRI person was the only one that seemed to be on the ball !) I will be finding another clinic!!! And start all over again. Ridiculous- BTW I really liked Dr Obi, seemed like a great Dr if and when you can ever see him”

I go to the Durango in Elkhorn office, but I just wanted to leave a review for a x-ray imaging associate named Steven. He is one of the most polite people, and it's very caring and thoughtful about things you may talk to him about He gave me some advice and I really appreciated him. He's very kind and soft spoken and you guys are lucky to have somebody like that working for you.”
