“This place is the worst they over book patients if they cared about their pain their patients are in they would not have them sitting so long after sitting in the front for over an hour you get called The the back just to wait another 35-45 minutes. They are unprofessional, rude! They always push you to get injections that dont work they just want you to get any and everything they can charge your insurance for. All this place cares about is tour money! They do not care about any patient! And the nellis location is ghetto and dirty always.”

“Do not use Las Vegas Pain Institute if you have the choice!! I have been coming to this office since July, each visit it is apparent the office is not staffed or trained. Any time I am alone with a doctor or staff they vent how stressed they are with the work environment. It's clear, they don't hide it. They cannot guarantee the doctor will be on premises to honor scheduled procedure appts, so be prepared to wait a good few hours past your appt time. They delayed my prior authorization because they didn't know what to do, resulting in it taking a month. I was the middle person getting this process moving along. I had to tell them it was approved, myself. They had no idea. Then they had to "call me back". Never have I received a call back from them as promised. Everything I achieved was through my own persistence. I fear for those not able to advocate for themselves because this practice certainly will not.”

“I don't see my review, I wonder why! this place made me wait 3 hours after filling out 70+ pages of information. The Dr or the staff forgot about me and came into my room asking what my name was. 45 minutes after that he sends his assistant in and never once came in my room. However he had the audacity to tell me I need epidural shots in my spine when I came for my previously broken ANKLE that was broken in 3 places not my SPINE! This place needs a serious adjustment and fast.”
