“My last two appointments have been canceled with less than 2 hours notice because they have no provider. When I try to call back the phone just rings forever with no answer or immediately disconnects with an error message. Last time I had to reschedule it took literally four days of calling before someone answered the phone. I'm currently looking for a new primary care that actually has doctors available and a phone system that works.”

“OK now I'm gonna try these docs... This has NOT been the best year for good quality doctors for me.. Last pain mgmt closed practice! Before them, just THE WRONG 'DR.'!! I am big on 'reviews' - I'm concerned about the previous ones I've read - yet they were 5 yrs ago... so let's get recent! Diane answered the phone with pleasantries and answered all my questions! AND she even scheduled my new patient appointment, (even with all my 'extras'..!!!) YEAH Diane!! Step #1, 2 & 3 check, check & check... literally, like we all know what a rarity nowadays - no putting me on hold? What..? No transferring either... So far.. Obvi this is a new/updated Las Vegas Pain Institute...!! So far, not a representation from those reviews of yester-years... ! Let's go! “Honestly if I could give you 0 stars I would. Your consideration for your customers time is unbelievable. I have only been a patient for 3 visits. My total time seeing a doctor 25 min total and that's probably high. Amount of time in lobby waiting for my appointment 4 hours and 15 min. This is unbelievable and unacceptable. This is all preventable with proactive staff and an amazing office manager. Probably time to start looking at what you could do to be BETTER. YOU NEED TO DO BETTER BY YOUR PATIENTS.”
