“I gave this place one star. However, they don't even deserve that they had a NP by the name of Nancy she was awesome! And honestly the only reason i stayed with them as a patient. She had a baby and her contract expired so she wasn't coming back. You think they communicated this to me of course not! Because they knew once I found out that she wasn't coming back I was going to be out of there because the customer is horrible! Absolutely terrible! They have a Hispanic lady NP her English and so is her bad side manner I went for my follow up for refill and also to see about sergers they been stringing me along to continue to collect money from me and my insurance knowing I need my medication she said she was not going to prescribe me my medication unless I stayed with and not try to go to another physician after they said multiple times they don't have doctors who are well trained or proper equipment to do they surgeries but I'm supposed to stay with them just to get medications smh how horrible! Safe yourself the headache you been warned find a different pain management. They fired all the old staff and transferred everyone over from they Sahara location which was horrible as well! They talking about they the dream team I don't see how nothing still gets done all they do is play around in the office no work gets done don't go to this place!”

“I usually go to the Durango location but was told last minute that I needed to go to the Jones location due to the only doctor available to do my procedure that accepts my insurance. While the medical professionals were nice and checked on me multiple times before, during, and after my procedure - no one explained my procedure to me. The facility looks run down and disorganized with supplies plied everywhere on counters and ledges. I had to ask the front desk personnel 5 times for a medical note for work and this seemed like a difficult task, saying they were out of paper and couldn't mail or email me one for work. They called multiple times to reschedule and still I had to wait for the doctor to arrive to do my procedure. Not sure if their computer software is out of date in order to issue simple paperwork or organizational practices are not put into place to assist with scheduling appointment issues, but bringing in order to the current chaos is needed.”

“Dr is more worried about his outfit more than his patients.If a dr has on a $500 pair of shoes,patients are not his top priority.I have been going to the doctors for 20 yrs and I tell he trying to just get rich.”
