What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“Unfortunately, I was in an automobile accident. Fortunately, I was referred to LViPC for my treatment. All the providers and staff I encountered were friendly and professional. They addressed my concerns and ensured I received proper care for injuries sustained. Special acknowledgements for Alberto and Griselda who were always very helpful with inquiries and provided follow ups as requested.”

“It's very rare when I admit that I'm wrong then again it's very rare that I actually am. Well this is one of those times. Went here for a second opinion because the first place I went to was an absolute disaster so I had preconceived notions of how it was going to be. I was completely wrong. They were nothing and I mean nothing like the first place. I have to admit we did get off to a rocky start but that was addressed and corrected immediately. So with my appointment it was absolutely nothing like the first place. they were knowledgeable, friendly, and they listen to my concerns. they give me choices, options, none of this this is what we're going to do thus say the Lord. No going straight for the high dollar treatment and then say well we're going to do surgery next. There was none of that just caring understanding and definitely what a doctor's office should be. They have that Midwestern values and ethics what you don't see a lot of in Vegas. My conversation with the owner of the clinic was genuine and definitely put my mind at ease. For any of my friends or family that would need a facility like this I would definitely recommend this place. They have definitely earned my trust and faith in them. So if I do have to go up the ladder in treatment options I will be dealing with them and no one else. I had the opportunity to talk briefly with another patient and he highly praised them. Which was nice because the words he used were, they make me feel like family and they truly have my best interest at heart. And after my appointment I understood what he meant by that. My final comment is if you are in an injury and you need pain management go here! do not go anywhere else”

“Dr. Rosler is one of the most outstanding physicians ever. He takes time to speak with you, listens to you and most of all he is respectful. I love the fact that he is not quick to hand out a quick fix like narcotics, he absolutely cares about your well-being and wants to eventually see you get better with whatever the situation may be. The front staff is very kind and extremely efficient.”

“2/3 appointments including one procedure had to be cancelled due to the inability of staff to get insurance authorization. The last time,I went in for a nerve block and the office didn't call to authorize until after I had taken off work and was sitting in back awaiting the procedure. They only care about liens and not patients that come in with genuine pain who happen to be coming with insurance. They wasted my time don't let them waste yours. I know they are trying to cover their inability to work ahead, but NO ONE shared that there was someone else to speak with, only that maybe they could have the insurance cover me that Friday after already taking the day off from work. It was scheduled TWO WEEKS out specifically so your staff could get insurance authorization. If there was an issue, how about contacting your patient before they arrive in the office? Doctors forget they are there to help their patients, but when a staff is so dysfunctional it only makes things worse. I have asked you stop any further authorizations against my insurance as I have no intention of visiting your office again. Thank you, for your response that did nothing to address the issues your patient faced at the hands of the staff.”
