“I'm a new patient having 3 visits at the clinic. Steve Platz and his nurse are awesome. I was treated very well at the lab. Today, I had a cardiology appointment that I found thorough and pleasant. The front desk gal with long curly hair is rude and I noted this at all three visits. I will try my hardest to check in with someone else in the future. The front desk is the first window of the practice and she does not represent the practice in a positive way.”

She was incredibly receptive and kind. Let me know exactly what was going to be done step by step. I felt my welfare was the only thing she was focused on. Wonderful Physician and person. Then I had labs drawn and as z very hard stick I am used to that being an ordeal. However it was very quick, easy, and the lab tech was excellent. “Doctor Jam Siebersma's is very unprofessional and doesn't return calls. Will just send meds out for pain with out contacting while you are fighting and infection and won't contact you till your in the ER. Then will continue to try to get every dime he can out of you with out taking care of the problem.”
