“This place and Dr Lance Cassell is a money machine not a medical practice. They are All about how many office visits and internal referrals they can generate. The totally unacceptable telephone hold time should have been the first sign that patient care is not their priority. Lance ordered an MRI, then passed me to his PA, who was a nice guy but never even brought up the results of my test. Then all they wanted to do was schedule another office visit with another doctor in their practice. Do Not Go Here. Terrible communications. Google Tampa Pain Relief Centers. They were fined $41 Million for billing Medicare and Medicaid for unnecessary and non existent laboratory tests and they wrote a check! How much did they really steel pay a fine that enormous and not go bankrupt? Mercenary Criminals!”

“Do not waste your time. I made multiple appointments only to be canceled the night before. They wanted notes from my previous doctor. I signed emailed and faxed the medical release form to them multiple times. They just canceled it again. I called my previous dr and she said they never sent to form to her. I wasted over two weeks trying to get an appointment. Also you will be calling a call center who has no idea whats going on. I moved down here from out of state and am out of medication. I pulled my back and was in extreme pain. Went to the er yesterday. I should have known from the reviews to stay away don't make the same mistake.Incompetent, and no communication. I don't know how there not out of business.”

“DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR IF YOU NEED PAIN MANAGEMENT! I was a patient with them for 2 years and had no issues. I was having more pain than normal over the last few months and was supposed to talk to him about my options. I went in and he YELLED and pre judged me right away! I have had my DIAGNOSED multiple disabilities for almost 8 years now and he was in the room for maybe 60 seconds and would not let me ask any questions at all. Then I tried to ask about my medication he discharged me!!! He is a horrible doctor and human being! I am 43 years old and in excruciating pain every day, he stopped my pain medication because I tried to ask when I would get them! He should not be a doctor! Heartless and zero respect! Do not go to them!!! Disgusting treating people that are truly diagnosed and in pain like that!”

“This doctor is absolutely horrible!!! Don't waste your precious time or money. I can barely walk due to chronic degenerative disc pain. I had to have a friend drive me, we sat in the waiting area for an over an hour and then the doctor would not prescribe me pain medication nor injection therapy. He should have never been a doctor due to his unpleasant personality, incompetence, lack of empathy and most importantly made me feel like I was wasting his time. I was only in his office for 20 minutes.”
