“Room never cleaned between patients, HIPPA was violated on multiple occasions not just my mother in-law's but other patients as well. When I expressed my concern about the pain she was feeling as he dug his finger tips into her leg he asked me who I was and once I told him he then told me I could either leave or hush,I did neither. His bedside manner was very disrespectful and unprofessional.me never washed his hands or sanitized. Seen him empty medications from a patient into his hand and count them ungloved then pour them back into the bottle and move on to next patient.”

“If I could have of chosen a zero rating, I would have. His patient rapport was completely unprofessional. As the medical POA for my 91 yr. old mother, I was told that I was not needed at the appointment as an advocate for my mother who is being treated for Alzheimer's disease. Dr Lal's alternative was that she could ride the nursing home van to her appointments. Dr. Lal responded to my concerns about the frequency of her appointments with the comment that her visits were completely "paid for by the government" which was not my stated concern at all. Many other unprofessional comments were made in his 20 minute lecture to me. I would not recommend Dr. Lal for his services at all.”
