“My husband has been coming here for years with no issues until this spring and summer where Charlotte the office manager did not return his call and get him on the schedule for his back injections. When we finally got in, she complained to us about the doctor not giving her time off and how she was going to leave soon. It was very unprofessional. We finally got him scheduled after his hip surgery and he came down with Covid and had active symptoms. I called and told them he wouldn't be able to come in. She said she would call me back to reschedule. She never did. I called again and got him an appointment. When my husband called to confirm, she informed him that he has to pay $150 no show fee because he had Covid? Beware- a practice that would put its patients' health in jeopardy by forcing people to come in with communicable diseases or pay $150 is not someone who should be treating patients; especially when you consider many pain management patients are immune compromised. Charlotte also told my husband she had told me there would be a $150 fee. She did not. She lies about the patients and family members. She gossips about the office girls and the doctor. Find a more professional practice.”
